1Los Recursos De Excedentes De Aportes Patronales Correspondientes A Activos Remanentes Del Recaudo De Aportes Al Sistema De Seguridad Social En Salud Provenientes Del Proceso De Liquidación De Cajanal Eps, Previstos Por El Numeral 2 Del Artículo 3° De La Ley 1608 De 2013, Serán Distribuidos Por El Ministerio De Salud Y Protección Social, De Conformidad Con Las Reglas Allí Previstas2Las Entidades Promotoras De Salud, Dentro De Los Tres (3) Días Hábiles Siguientes A La Recepción Del Giro Directo Por Parte De Las Instituciones Prestadoras De Servicios De Salud (Ips), Proveniente De Recursos De La Liquidación Mensual De Afiliados Establecida En El Decreto 971 De 2011, Modificado Por Los Decretos 1700 Y 3830 De 2011 Y 1713 De 2012, O Los Que A Cualquiera Otro Título Sean Girados Directamente A Las Ips En Nombre De Las Entidades Promotoras De Salud (Eps), A Través Del Mecanismo Creado Por El Decreto 4962 De 2011, O Por Las Entidades Territoriales, Deberán Remitir A Las Ips La Información De Las Facturas Y Los Valores Del Giro Directo Autorizado Que Deben Aplicar A Cada Factura3El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación
