Los reglamentos y procedimientos operativos de la Bolsa de Valores de Colombia y de todos los sistemas de negociación de operaciones sobre valores, de registro de operaciones sobre valores, de compensación y liquidación de valores, relacionados con operaciones de contado deberán estar ajustados a lo previsto en el presente Capítulo, de tal forma que las condiciones y los plazos para el cumplimiento de las operaciones de contado se ciñan estrictamente a los términos aquí establecidos, para los distintos tipos de instrumentos financieros objeto de estas operaciones.
