Cuando se presente el evento descrito en el artículo 11 del Decreto 666 de 2007, la respectiva sociedad autorizada, por conducto de su representante legal, deberá informarlo por comunicación escrita a la respectiva delegatura institucional de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia a más tardar al siguiente día hábil de la ocurrencia del hecho.
