Los créditos que se concedan para la realización de “operaciones colector” requieren la autorización previa de esta Superintendencia, en los términos del numeral 3o. del articulo 7o. del Decreto 2360 de 1993, cuando su cuantía los coloque bajo el supuesto previsto en la norma citada.
