El Consejo Directivo podrá sesionar válidamente con la asistencia de cuatro (4) de sus miembros. Las decisiones se tomarán con el voto favorable de la mitad más uno de sus asistentes. Cuando a las sesiones del Consejo concurran los principales con sus respectivos suplentes, éstos tendrán voz pero no Voto.
