Art. 1.° El personal de la Administracion principal de Hacienda nacional en Barranquilla se compondrá de:

Un Administrador, con mil ochocientos pesos de sueldo anual.

Un Contador tenedor de libros con mil ochenta pesos de sueldo anual.

Un Oficial de correspondencia, con seiscientos pesos de sueldo anual.

Un Oficial de encómiendas con setecientos pesos de sueldo anual

Un Escribiente, con cuatrocientos ochenta pesos de sueldo anual.

Un portero -escribiente con doscientos ochenta pesos de sueldo anual.
