Se deberá considerar la equivalencia en su fuerza de trabajo, de servicios o activos de las mujeres rurales, campesinas y de la pesca, en aquellos fondos, planes, programas o proyectos dirigidos a esta población, priorizando a mujeres de bajos recursos económicos, en los cuales se exijan contrapartidas a las organizaciones de mujeres rurales, campesinas y de la pesca.
