Reintegro de Haberes por Injustificada Desaparición. Si el Patrullero de Policía apareciere en cualquier tiempo y no justificare su desaparición, tanto él como quienes recibieron los haberes o las prestaciones por muerte si fuera el caso, tendrán la obligación solidaria de reintegrar las sumas correspondientes, sin perjuicio de las acciones a que hubiere lugar.
