º. Cobro coactivo. El recaudo de los recursos que deben ingresar por cualquier concepto al Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones del Magisterio podrá adelantarse, a través de jurisdicción coactiva, por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, de conformidad con el artículo 112 de la Ley 6 de 1992.
