Los contratos que celebre la Administración Postal Nacional de cuantía hasta de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000.00) serán autorizados por el Director General, los contratos de cuantía superior a doscientos mil pesos ($200.000.00) hasta quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000.00), requerirán la autorización de la Junta Directiva de la empresa, y los contratos cuya cuantía exceda que quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000.00), necesitaran además para su validez la aprobación expresa del Ministro de Comunicaciones.
