Artículo decimoprimero. La autorización del Ministerio de Higiene para que funcione una Facultad o Escuela de Medicina o de Odontología a que se refiere el artículo octavo del mencionado Decreto, se expedirá en consideración solamente, a los siguientes puntos

Que en ningún aspecto dicha Facultad o Escuela para presentar un peligro para la salud colectiva, y

Que los títulos que expida sirvan para ejercer la respectiva profesión, de acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes.
