°. Ámbito de aplicación. La normativa dispuesta en el presente Decreto aplica de manera exclusiva para los nueve (9) corregimientos que conforman la Zona Norte Extrema de la Alta Guajira: Taroa, Puerto Estrella, Nazareth, Punta Espada, Castillete, Puerto López, Siapana, Wualetpá y Tawaira.
