Fíjanse los cómputos del presupuesto de rentas y recursos de capital del Tesoro de la Nación, para la vigencia fiscal del 1o de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1984, en la cantidad de cuatrocientos treinta y cinco mil doscientos veinte millones ciento setenta mil pesos ($435.220.170.000) moneda legal, según los pormenores siguientes y descompuestos por numerales, así:
