º Los que sin tener para ello autoridad retengan arbitrariamente a una o más personas, incurrirán en arresto inconmutable de ciento ochenta (180) días, que se aumentará al triple en caso de que los retenidos sufran algún daño. Todo ello, sin perjuicio de las demás sanciones legales pertinentes.
