Art. 2º. La prórroga que se dé al concesionario en virtud de la modificación del contrato, para que haga los estudios levante los planos y comience la obra de construcción, será igual al tiempo que se le concedió para hacer los mismos trabajos en el contrato de cuya modificación se trata.
