En el caso de que se le impida por la fuerza el ejercicio de sus funciones al Presidente, se encargará del Poder Ejecutivo alguno de los que deban reemplazarlo, en el correspondiente orden de prelación. Principiará a funcionar el primero que esté expedito, y les cederá el puesto a los que tengan derecho preferente, a medida que puedan irlo ocupando.
