Los actuales funcionarios de la Caja de Previsión Social de la Superintendencia Bancaria y los empleados de la Superintendencia Bancaria que-prestan sus servicios en la Caja y que no fueron incorporados en la planta establecida por el Decreto 812 de 1976, continuarán desempeñando las funciones de sus respectivos cargos hasta tanto sean incorporados en la nueva planta de personal que mediante este Acuerdo se establece.
