En los casos en que una Administración cubriere un giro ordinario sin haber recibido el aviso y no cumpliere la formalidad prescrita en el
anterior, y posteriormente se hallare que ha sido mal pagado, sufrirá como sanción una multa igual al valor legal del giro.
