ARTICULO 214. Emisión ilegal de efectos oficiales. El empleado oficial o la persona facultada para emitir efectos oficiales que ordene, realice o permita emisión en cantidad mayor a la autorizada, haga o deje circular el excedente, incurrirá en prisión de uno (1) a cinco (5) años.
