Decreto 1302 de 1959 · Por el cual se hace la reclasificación de un cargo en la Caja de Auxilios de los Ramos Postal y Telegráfico

° El señor Luis Fernando Ayala Z., actual Pagador de la Caja de Auxilios de los Ramos Postal y Telegráfico, continuará desempeñando sus funciones, y su asignación mensual será la que corresponde al grado 10, nivel b), del Plan de Clasificación y Remuneración adoptado por el Decreto número 0349 de 1957, o sean $1.050.00.

Parágrafo

Al producirse el cambio de Pagador en la Caja de Auxilios, la remuneración del nuevo empleado deberá someterse a lo estatuído por el inciso 1° del artículo 5° del Decreto número 0349 de 1957.
