La Contraloría General de la República supervigilará la inversión que la Oficina de Fomento y Turismo de Manizales haga con las apropiaciones a que se refiere la presente Ley, y en el caso de quedar remanentes de los ciento cincuenta mil pesos ($ 150.000.00.) moneda corriente, reglamentará su inversión.
