A partir del 1° de enero de 1942, las infracciones al artículo 1° del Decreto 1372 de 1933 serán castigadas con multas que se impondrán y recaudarán al expedirse la licencia de degüello, en las siguientes formas:

Durante los años de 1942 y 1943 se cobrará una multa de $0.25 por cada res que tenga las marcas en lugares distintos a los que indican los Decretos números 1372 y 1608 del año de 1933, para la cual se solicite licencia de degüello.

Esta multa será de $0.50 por res durante el año de 1944,de $1.00 por res durante el año de 1945 y de ahí en adelante irá aumentando $1.00 por cada año, pero en ningún caso podrá pasar de cinco pesos por cada res.
