Salvo disposición especial, los Consejeros de Estado gozarán de los mismos derechos y prerrogativas acordados a los miembros de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.

A los Magistrados de los Tribunales Administrativos corresponden los establecidos en favor de los miembros de los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial.
