Los arrendatarios tienen la obligación de conservar limpios los lugares adyacentes a sus almacenes, depósitos, bodegas, o plantas industriales. Les estará prohibido depositar en ellos basura, bajo la pena de satisfacer los gastos de acarreo de la misma hasta el lugar designado para su depósito. Tampoco podrán obstruir en forma alguna ni aun momentáneamente, los lugares de paso vías de acceso, u otras de carácter público.
