El gobierno procedera a publicar, por cuenta de la Nación, la obra inédita del doctor Muñoz Obando titulada La Fianza , haciendo una edición de mil quinientos (1.500) ejemplares, por lo menos, de los cuales se entregaran mil (1.000) a la familia del autor, quedando los restantes de propiedad nacional.
