Art. 9.° Los jueces de primera instancia y la Suprema Corte nacional, con la cual se consultarán en todo caso las sentencias dictadas por ellos cuando sean perjudiciales a la Nación, estimarán la prueba testimonial y la pericial, según su juicio, verdad sabida y buena fe guardada, sin sujeción a la tarifa ordinaria de pruebas, tanto al resolver sobre la comprobación de los hechos, como al fijar la cuantía de la reclamación.
