Parágrafo

del artículo 191 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo

Lo dispuesto en el numeral 1 del presente artículo no aplica para la carga destinada a los regímenes de transbordo, tr á fico postal, viajeros y menaje de casa; a las guías de envíos de entrega rápida o mensajería expresa de las categorías 1, 2 y 3, ni a los medios de transporte de uso privado a los que se refieren los artículos 310, 314, 315 y 318 del presente decreto. De igual manera, no será exigidle lo dispuesto en el numeral 2 de este artículo cuando se trate de carga destinada al régimen de transbordo ”.
