Los Marinos que sean retirados por invalidez tendrán derecho a las prestaciones establecidas por la legislación social vigente, y se les aplicara el cuadro de clasificación elaborada por la Oficina Nacional del Trabajo para la fijación de la cuantía de las indemnizaciones que les correspondan.
