ARTICULO 1 º. Adiciónese el artículo 1º del Decreto 676 de marzo 28 de 1994: "por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 29 de la Ley 105 de diciembre 30 de 1993", con el siguiente

Parágrafo

El recaudo de la sobretasa a que hace referencia el presente artículo estará a cargo de los grandes consumidores y estaciones de servicio privadas en los eventos en que adquieran el combustible automotor directamente del gran distribuidor mayorista (Ecopetrol) o del distribuidor mayorista."
