Quienes tengan asociación profesional, con miembros de la Junta Directiva, o con el Director General, o sean sus consocios, excepto en sociedades anónimas, están así mismo inhabilitados para celebrar los actos y contratos prohibidos a aquellos. Para los funcionarios expresados y los demás del Fondo, regirán las demás incompatibilidades e inhabilidades consagradas en las normas legales vigentes. CAPITULO III Organización.
