La Junta Directiva queda ampliamente facultada para determinar otras formalidades que lleguen a hacerse necesarias para la transferencia de certificados, anulación y expedición de los títulos consiguientes a que haya lugar. Tomará también las medidas que juzgue necesarias para el archivo de los títulos o certificados y de los respectivos talonarios. CAPÍTULO III Dirección y administración.
