Art. 23. La Instrucción Profesional se dará en la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras del Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario, en las Facultades de Ciencias Naturales y Medicina, Matemáticas e Ingeniería Civil, Derecho y Ciencias Políticas, en la Escuela de Veterinaria y en el Colegio Dental establecidos en la capital de la República, así como en las Facultades de los Departamentos, a que se refiere el artículo 33 de la presente Ley.
