Artículo tercero. Los ferrocarriles nacionales quedan en la obligación de informar por la vía más rápido al Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería, División Nacional de Ganadería, Sección de Higiene y Sanidad animal, sobre las personas naturales o jurídicas que transporten ganado sin el certificado de transito exigido en el artículo 2° del Decreto número 1699 del 15 de julio de 1942 y el Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería procederá a sancionar a los infractores de acuerdo con el Decreto número 1699 del 15 de julio de 1942. Comuníquese, notifíquese y cúmplase.
