El Jefe de que trata el artículo anterior podrá -nombrar un Escribiente Portero, y ordenará el trabajo que le corresponda en forma que le permita rendir mensualmente a los Ministerios de Obras Públicas e Industrias informes definitivos sobre títulos de las propiedades en el orden que estime más conveniente para los intereses nacionales.
