Art 15. Créase un Juzgado más en el Circuito judicial de Oriente, Departamento de Cundinamarca, que se denominará Juzgado 2º y que conocerá de los asuntos criminales. El actual Juez único del Circuito se denominará Juez 1º y continuará conociendo de los asuntos civiles.
