Decreto 2343 de 1996 · por el cual se reglamentan las actividades y servicios de telecomunicaciones que utilicen sistemas de acceso troncalizado (Trunking), se atribuyen las bandas de frecuencia de operación y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Registros e identificación de suscriptores. Los operadores de servicios de telecomunicaciones que utilicen sistemas de acceso troncalizado, deberán elaborar y mantener un registro de suscriptores y de personas autorizadas, el cual deberá contener entre otros

Nombre del suscriptor.

Documento de identidad.

Dirección y domicilio.

Identificación del equipo terminal de abonado (marca, modelo).

Distintivo de llamada asignado a la estación. Con base en la anterior, información, el operador deberá entregar a los usuarios o suscriptores del servicio, un carné de identificación que contenga además de la anterior información, el nombre o razón social y código de identificación del operador ante el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
