Para desempeñar el cargo de odontólogo en todos los ramos de la Administración Pública o en entidades en que por cualquier concepto tenga participación el Estado, se exigirá estar legalmente autorizado para ejercer dicha profesión en virtud del titulo universitario, salvo los casos contemplados en el artículo 4º de la presente Ley.
