Articulo 2° El Administrador Principal de Correos de Manizales mismo, de conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 28 de la Ley 36 de 1918, designará el ciudadano que deba ejercer las funciones del puesto que se crea, y fijará y hará constituir legalmente la caución, con que éste ha de asegurar su manejo.
