° . Resolución. El Director General de Derecho de Autor, mediante resolución, dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes a la presentación de la solicitud, una vez establecido el cumplimiento de las exigencias señaladas en el artículo anterior podrá reconocer personería jurídica a la sociedad e impartir aprobación a sus estatutos o, en caso contrario, negar el reconocimiento de la misma.
