De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° de la Ley 7ª de 1944, la "Propuesta de enmienda del Convenio Constitutivo del Fondo Monetario Internacional sobre la reforma del Directorio Ejecutivo" (Séptima Enmienda), aprobada por la Junta de Gobernadores del Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI) mediante la Resolución número 66-2 del 15 de diciembre de 2010 , que por el artículo primero de esta ley se aprueba, obligará al Estado colombiano a partir de la fecha en que se perfeccione el vínculo internacional respecto de la misma.
