Art. 16. El Sub-jefe i Tenedor de libros de la Seccion de Contabilidad jeneral, creados por decreto especial de 10 de agosto de 1868, se ocuparán preferentemente en la formacion de las cuentas atrasadas del presupuesto i del Tesoro, i el Jefe de la seccion informará cada ocho dias al Secretario del estado en que se encuentren dichas cuentas.
