Artículo trece. Si una solicitud nueva se superpone parciamente sobre otra que ya haya sido declarada admisible, podrá también seguirse la tramitación sobre la parte libre, aunque esa parte no reúna las condiciones que fija el artículo 2º de la Ley 145 de 1959, debiendo entonces presentar el interesado, en el término que le fije el Ministerio, un nuevo plano en que se excluya la zona correspondiente a la solicitud ya admitida.
