Lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior se aplica a los aviadores de empresas comerciales, a los trabajadores de empresas mineras que presten sus servicios en socavones, y a los dedicados a labores que realicen a temperaturas anormales. (Derogado por el Art. 289 de la Ley 100 de 1993)
