Revístese al Poder Ejecutivo de facultades extraordinarias hasta el 20 de julio de 1931, respecto de todas las autorizaciones concedidas en esta Ley, con excepción de aquella a que se refiere el inciso a) del artículo 1°.

De las facultades concedidas por este inciso del artículo 1o. podrá hace ruso el Ejecutivo hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1931.
