Art. 2.º Miéntras que, do conformidad con las instrucciones comunicadas al efecto, se da cumplimiento al artículo precedente, se abrirá i sostendrá la "Academia Vásquez" solamente con aquella Escuelas para las cuales se hallen en el pais profesores idóneos, que se hagan cargo de dirijirlas en interinidad.
