Inspección, vigilancia y control. Sin perjuicio de las competencias que le corresponden a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, a la Unidad de Gestión Pensional y Parafiscales (UGPP) y a la autoridad de inspección, vigilancia y control en materia de transporte, el Ministerio del Trabajo ejecutará las acciones de inspección, vigilancia y control que se requieran para garantizar el cumplimiento de la presente sección, en lo concerniente a las normas de seguridad social.
