Las importaciones llegadas al país antes del 15 de febrero de 1951, que estén pendientes de pago en la fecha de este Decreto, se liquidarán al cambio del 196%. Todas las demás operaciones pendientes en esta fecha se liquidarán de conformidad con las normas de cambio establecidas en los artículos 11 y 12 de este Decreto.
