Articulo 41. Para efectos de la revisión el Departamento Jurídico dictará resoluciones periódicas, por orden numérico de las licencias, en las cuales notificará a los propietarios que se presenten legalmente a llenar ese requisito. Tales resoluciones se publicarán por tres veces en el Diario Oficial , con intervalos de diez días. A fin de hacer conocer estas providencias de los interesados, el Departamento Jurídico publicará anuncios en los periódicos.
