Transcurridos los plazos señalados en el presente decreto para efectos del capital pagado o patrimonio líquido de las empresas asociativas del sector solidario o Cooperativas de Transporte Terrestre Automotor, corresponderá al ciento por ciento (100%) de lo estipulado en los Decretos 170, 171, 172, 173, 174 y 175 de 2001, dependiendo de la modalidad de servicio.
