Los veterinarios extranjeros que hayan sido contratados por las entidades oficiales en calidad de técnicos, se limitarán exclusivamente al desempeño de su contrato. Para el ejercicio particular de la profesión deberán ceñirse a lo estipulado en los demás artículos pertinentes de este Decreto.
